Apply for the doctoral Colloquium

Doctoral Colloquium on Research in Political Marketing
For the second time, the International Political Marketing conference will be accompanied one-and-a-half-day doctoral colloquium (April 17 to 18, 2007).

This colloquium will take place at the same venue as the conference. Around 15-20 selected PhD students will work together with experienced academics in the field on issues of research and research methods in political marketing. PhDs will have ample time to present and discuss their PhDs projects. These can be at the beginning, in the empirical phase, or already in the write-up phase.

The 2007 edition of the Colloquium will take place under the supervision of Dr. Paul Baines.
The 2006 Doctoral Colloquium was conducted under the coordination of Dr Stephan Hennberg. He was of a great support also in this year organization.

Program
17th April 2007, 12:00, until 18th April 2007, 18:00 - comprising of discussions on methodological issues in research on political marketing as well as some specific seminars. The main part of the colloquium will comprise discussion groups with leading academics in the area of political marketing.

Application Submission Instructions

Please apply to the Conference management (administrator2007@politicalmarketing.ro) by sending:
- a short CV of you,
- a one-page outline of your PhD research,
- and three aspects of your research that you would like to discuss (this can include content issues, methodology questions, practical problems etc.).

Closing Date for Application Submission is February 10, 2007.

Application acceptance notification
Applications acceptance notification will be sent to presenting authors by the February 20, 2007, together with instructions for full paper submission. The instructions for full paper submission will be also posted on the conference website.
